About Us

Architecture, Interior Design & Immersive Experiences

bordAR is an international architecture and design studio led by Sina Pakand, a graduate of architecture from the University of Tehran and a doctoral researcher in architecture.

With more than 150 projects across residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, public, cultural, urban design, and renovation categories, bordAR delivers design solutions across diverse scales and international contexts.

The studio combines architecture, interior design, branded spatial experience, and immersive VR/AR technologies to create distinctive, functional, and buildable spaces with lasting value.

Its professional experience includes retail and commercial environments for internationally recognized brands such as DELSEY PARIS, RONCATO Italy, PHILIPS, HER Italy, and LUBREX.
